Cape Town

3 nights in a 5* Retreat including breakfast

Guests can recuperate from the vibrant atmosphere of Cape Town at this 5* Retreat, situated in a secluded property between Camps Bay Clifton and the slopes of Table Mountain. Two ambiences are in unison and the choice is difficult between the Manor dating back to a forgotten time one hundred years ago or the Deck House and its contemporary South African style. The chef is at your personal disposal for a delectable continental breakfast or other personal culinary desires. The swimming  pools, a "skin & body centre", a tennis court, mountain biking or hiking trails maintain an inner equilibrium - the desired prerequisites for a day in walking distance to Cape Town and the beaches.

Private Game Reserve

2 nights in a 5* Private Game Reserve including full board, drinks and activities

It is very difficult to imagine that this exclusive lodge in the Eastern Cape is situated so close to Port Elizabeth (110 km) and historic Grahamstown (35 km) but is yet so far away from the hustle and bustle. Nestled in remote river valley of a malaria-free nature reserve, which is the home of the Big Five as well as the endangered cheetah and African wild dog. Large herds of antelopes wander across an area of 7,500 hectare, which features five different biotopes. And experienced rangers will point out the shy aardvark and aardwolf on the night drives! This lodge really deserves being called the “Boutique Hotel in the Bush”. Your suite of 70 m² is just one of ten pavilions built of natural stone with a thatched roof and offers all modern amenities. Between the game drives you can enjoy the panorama from your sundeck or from your private plunge pool – perhaps nipping on South African wine straight from the excellent selection of the lodge’s wine cellar. The gourmet restaurant offers a unique à la carte combination of South African and international cuisine - and you may choose between dinner in your suite or at the main lodge with a grand view of a busy waterhole. How about both options?
